Another SEO breakthrough

Did a keyword research last January 2 and found a .com domain with more than 4K exact US searches. Installed wordpress the same day, put some unique articles, then start a little promotion. Last week, it was on 3rd page of Google, after few days it was on 2nd, now it's on first page!
I actually almost forgot about this site. I just happened to check my domain lists and checked it's rank and I found out it's now on first page....
I'm smelling another site to get flipped in next couple of weeks..
I am not really into flipping site business but if this is the case, I think I can sell a site or 2 every month for like $300 to $500 bucks..... and I am doing everything alone without any paid software...
I still have a lot of idle domains in good niches that I think could be profitable if I develop them and put some little extra effort....at the same time, I am trying to lower my domain inventory..
