Possible look of link ?

Hi,
I am transferring a blogs content to another. I am only doing this to be able to change the design and then move the new temporary blog back to the original domain with WP twin.

The articles I am transferring is made up as pages and have the following link structure:
whatcausesyeastinfections.org/principles-and-examples-of-candida-diet-recipes/

Then I tried to transfer them to the new blog so they still have the same link structure I find out that articles is made as posts and have categories. They look like this:
humanpollution.info/featured/why-you-should-start-using-facebook-ads/

I know I can change the permalinks but I also need the categories for the feature posts.

Since I must keep the same link structure (articles got links out there and attract valuable traffic) I wonder if it is possible to create post where there is no category in the link structure.

I thought I would just recreate articles as pages but they end up under the bar meny and the content text (Home, Contact, Facebook videos, Facebook products).
This has become a really difficult task now that I have run into it practically.
