First step is to make $1 a day! Then once you do that, multiply all efforts by 50 and there you go!

Ha, that is exactly what I was going to say, except I would say make $5 a day and multiply by 10 sites - less work .

It really is that simple, but it can take a lot of failures before you find an exact formula that works for you.

Find the old Xfactor and Clickbump threads here on WF. Much of what they say is still very valid, but you have to experiment to find your own personal formula.

Adsense in general is actually really straightforward. In all honesty, it's one of the simplest ways to make money online in my opinion. I'm not saying it's easy, but it's not the most complicated thing either. I made a few sites about a year ago, and I barely worked on them. They still bring in money. Not a lot, but I haven't touched them with a ten foot pole since I initially made them. I'm just getting into the swing of things with adsense again, and I'm already seeing results.

Do your keyword research, make a website with USEFUL content (make a website that you yourself would actually read).

Then SEO. And then more SEO. It's almost directly proportional in my opinion. More work in = more money out.

In general terms its a numbers game. Sure you need to have done keyword research correctly and you need good content and SEO then just add pages or build more sites.
    Good luck.

I think it's better to have multiple blogs or websites than just one. Because if this "one" site gets banned for any reason or something else happens your whole income dies !

        thanks guy for your replies.
i think i have to get to work to try what formula suits me. but if i may ask, does it sound right to start with blogger free site or to buy a domain and hosting plan. which way is the best?
i will also need more light on keyword research when it comes to building website for adsense. How does you guys know the good niches for adsense?
thanks again, i appreciate that you are here for me as a guardian, am grateful

Either way works. I prefer having my own domains but like many others I started my efforts in Adsense with Hubpages before I stepped up to running my own websites. As far as good niches, you just have to search. If you use the Adwords keyword tool then you can see an estimate of what keywords pay out (keep in mind Google will take a cut of it and your ad blocks will display lower paying ads). I think it's easiest to start out by writing about things you're knowledgeable about. Just find keywords that appear to be paying fairly well and make sure to incorporate them into your content. Writing about things you already know about makes creating content easier. Once you get the hang of it you can start up a new blog/website for a different niche that you don't know much about, but expect to spend a lot of time researching that niche so you can write content that is factually correct. You don't want to go starting content about something like cancer and give people horribly incorrect information. Your blog/website will lose credibility and people won't come to your website (remember, people talk all the time and word spreads fast on the internet).

$10 every month i very small and can't motivate me (i don't know about you) to do IM. Think abt writting content and updating at least once in a month, only for me to make $10 for the whole month.
I believe it's high time i think on how to make it big. say $50 a day = $1500 a month.

The fluctuations with adsense are considerable, so I would not say that earning $50 is just doing the work of earning $1 50 times

I actually hit the $50 in a day mark with adsense just the other day. I've had my site for over three years and have built it constantly over those three years. It started paying dividends towards the last half of 2010 and over the past two days has been doing veryyyy well.

My suggestion is to run ONE website on a topic that you REALLY care about. Set goals for it and work towards those goals, even if it's a simple goal of finding a decent design. Eventually you will have pushed it so far in the SERP's, social, etc, that you'll be the top site for your niche!

GREAT i love this, though long term but i must say a big CONGRATS.
The question is for how long has this one site of yours earn you $50 daily? i cant imagine myself having one site. but my plans are to build 10websites, write 10article for each at the starting then write 2articles a day each for one site for 6months. i will then check the channel on my adsense acct. to know the ones that do best and flip them.
What do you think about this plan?

I just find it slightly difficult to maintain all the websites. I run three and that keeps me extremely busy.

Wow, adsense has be confuzzled. I have three sites, albeit, all new, but I write the articles comment on blogs and do everything I should, but I can't seem to generate the traffic to these sites. last time I did a search to see how many links I have, I have 38 at one and four at another. I have domain names that is you search that name, puts me on page one, but I obviously don't have domains that people actually search for.

With five sites running, I can't even buy domains with keywords people actually search for because I can't afford it. I wish there was a magic button. LOL

Good luck, I will keep working mine.

Read through the old Clickbump thread very carefully (http://www.warriorforum.com/adsense-...-answered.html) and also the original Xfactor thread (http://www.warriorforum.com/adsense-...s-learned.html). There's no need to repeat all that advice. All that stuff is still very valid:

    1) Research keywords very carefully
    2) Get an exact-match domain (ALWAYS, no hyphens, nothing!) on .com, .net or .org
    3) Write several good articles (not just one like Clickbump says, I think that's not enough any more) for the site
    4) Do some BASIC backlinking - social bookmarks, articles, Squidoo, whatever
    5) Wait and hope you got lucky

Still doesn't always work, and certainly doesn't happen as quickly as it used to, but still, within a month you can start getting $5 a day for a site no problem. Then you just have to make 10 sites like that! Yes, they will not all succeed, so maybe you have to make 20 sites, but generally you get better as you go along and get an instinct for what will work $50 a day is very possible (though I am still working on it ).

Or, create content that a real person would be interested in, instead of depending on the SERPs for 100% of your traffic.

If you can't make the first site earn money, why create 9 more sites?

Well, I am not sure what you mean with the first part - are sites that are interesting to people mutually exclusive with getting all their traffic from the search engines? I guess you are talking about 'writing for ranking rather than people' and I agree - I personally write my content for people that the search engines like too, I don't like those thin articles either - my aim is always to write articles that will get people clicking the 'Like' button. That 'Xfactor'/mininiche approach works and is simple for newbies to follow, is all I am saying - I don't see it as a long-term business model either, but the OP wanted to know how to make $50 a day - * shrug *

As for why create 10 sites when you can't make 1 site that earns - well, that IS the biggest hurdle for newbies, getting just one site that earns and understanding why it worked and replicating it. I am not saying it's GOOD to make 10 sites when you can't earn from one, I am just saying that it can take a lot of failed attempts before you start seeing success. Often the reason is a failure to do proper research. Though sometimes you just can't explain why one site succeeded but another failed. But those basic methods like Xfactor and Clickbump can get you off the ground and actually earning something. Then you can expand your model - I don't want to spend my life writing gushing articles about riding lawn mowers either...
