Please recommend a good cost effective seo service or team?

I think I need a good seo campaign for my website. I need to get my site, first of all indexed, and 2nd of all ranking and moving up the serps and start making some money! I got 3 hungry young boys to feed!

I am no seo expert, obviously, but I think it is very keyword rich and has great potential to do well. Heres hoping anyway. Any recommendations or experience

    imo - if you want to choose the right SEO company - you must know a bit SEO , it's not that hard - read a few ebooks or check out this forum , its good to know the basics even if you are planing on hiring someone else to do it .
