Bidtraffic - High CPC keywords

On Bidtraffic there are some higher paying keywords around $2+ but they are related to tramadol, casinos, etc..

Are you allowed to put ad's on your site with these keywords if your site isn't the same niche as the keyword or can you only use them on related sites?

    Do you think that people that visit your sites are interested in clicking links about tramadol or just hoping to get lucky they click by accident?

      Someone mentioned that they're earnings were low but they increased a lot when they used high paying keywords.

      There are other higher paying keywords such as dating so i probably wouldn't choose tramadol. So something as broad as dating a lot of people are interested.

    I agree contextual advertising is best, I have a site related to cystitis but why would I want to run casino ads on it? It is just a waste of ad space
