Google search results are not accurate??

I noticed the search results vary for the term 'fast weight loss tips' when I search for it in different web browsers.

In Chrome it ranks on position #24 and in Internet Explorer it ranks #3rd. Don't know how it does in Firefox and other browsers.

I accidentally noticed this, but I'm sure this isn't the only keyword. How come this is happening and what is more accurate?:confused:

    Like you said, you can try your search with different key word such as different way of loosing weight... . People search in different browser; you can also try it in different web. I hope these ideas will help....

    Could be an old page being loaded from the browser cache.

    Hit the refresh button, and see what happens.
