Changing my SEO efforts - What do you think?

At the moment I have a piece of software that includes senuke, xrumer and scrapebox at $50 a month. I have used these but the senuke is ineffective, scrapebox deletes 95% of my harvested urls and xrumer is okay but not much has changed in terms of my SEO yet. I also use other tools such as seolinkvine.
I am thinking of changing these. Previously my SEO budget was $120.
Instead I am thinking of changing all this to 4 simple tools. I would like your opinion on them.
1.) Social Bookmarking Demon - I have heard this to be great and at $147 once it seems like a good option instead of senuke.
2.) Drip feed blasts - All reviews I have heard about this product have been great. But at $99 a month or $179 a month quite expensive.
3.) Scrapebox - only $50, and I have heard that it is a great tool that any I.M.er should have.
4.) Now here I need something to index all of these backlinks I am getting from the first 3 softwares. I have heard of backlink energizer, your recommendations on this? Other options?
