I looked all over seolinkvine's site to see if adding other peoples blogs to the network was a violation. Does anybody know?

    You would be hard pressed to find ANY site's TOS cover that. But as long as you have that blog's permission (and the correct username and password of the site to add content), then it is unlikely to be a problem.

    Of course, why doesn't your friend just add it?
