      You can advertise on places like WarriorForum. You can sell your services on Fiverr. You can contact people who are looking for freelance writers. You can contact webmasters directly.

I've found that if people can read your work and then compare it to the writing they're using they might be more likely to hire you. Plus, posting your articles online can help ensure that people are less likely to scam you for free samples.

        To the OP, you gotta cold call or email, whatever you wish, a lot to find quality clients. That's a cold hard fact. In addition to that, you can always try your hand at the bidding sites.
