Selling AdSense Websites - Protecting AdSense By Displaying Images

When i sell websites which earn with AdSense, i want to protect my account and not display ads. I want to place images of AdSense ads instead of actual code to let buyers see how website would look if it had AdSense ads on it.

Is this allowed with AdSense?

So you want to take a screen shot of adsense and post a picture?

I think what he is saying is that when he goes to list his site for sale, he wants to remove the adsense code and replace the actual adsense ads on each page of his site with an image instead. That way, people looking at his site would not be able to click on live ads. It would just be an image of what they look like instead. At least that's what I get out of his question.

Yes that is exactly what i am asking. I want to prevent unnecessary impressions and clicks. But i want to let customer feel how website would look with AdSense ads.

You mean like taking a screen shot of your adsense image like a banner?

Why don't you turn on the "allowed sites" list in Adsense control panel and add all your other sites except the one you're trying to sell.

That won't do anything, except stopping ads being served on website i am trying to sell.
