While searching for some keywords for a Google Sniper site I came across these sites still available and I guess the .net or .org for these buyer specific sites should rank #1 with some effort.

uniqueclothing.net
uniqueclothing.org

12,100 - 4,400 global monthly and local searches for the phrase "unique clothing"

Do you think its worth a go?

Thank you.

I'm not really sure that Global is a good choice

Its not, using the priniciples of the system there is too much competition when you put the terms in quote and search in google.

You are better off trying for something like "unique clothing for men" women and so on. It might convert better as well

Attached an SEO competition report for you, should be pretty easy to get upto the #2 posistion but you'll need a fair bit of work to get to #1.

Either way getting in the top #10 is good!

Doing some research on this inside Market Samurai and I can confirm this is certainly worth building a micro niche site for or even a full website if you have the time... Plenty of clickbank products and amazon products you could use and plenty of content available for your blog.

Personally I would use it but each and everyone to their own.

Also don't just only look at "unique clothing" keywords. If you theme it correctly you will get traffic from so many other keywords ....maybe "vintage clothing", "retro clothing" etc. Put that all together and your market for Google searches may increase from 4,400 local to 50k-100k

Yes this keyword is certainly worth a go.. thats why i shared with warriors here.. there are always room for clothing and dress materials.. Even Shoes and Bags can be advertised in a site that sells dresses, the worst case im telling... so this is a seed keyword

    Thanks.

First, make sure you grab the domain name before someone else does it.

Ranking for this keyword might not be hard, but I think the hard work is going to be in trying to monetize the traffic effectively. "Unique clothing" is very vague like "fun games". It is hard to determine exactly what the user is searching for and may be interested in. The definition of "unique" varies from one person to another and even from geographical region to region and "clothing" is just a very broad term. So, while it may be easy to rank #1 for I think it is going to be a lot harder to try to find an offer to monetize the traffic effectively with. I wish you luck though.
