Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows a good network for "welcome screens" or high-paying CPM adverts that are "out of the norm". I am trying to monetize about 1m US impressions per month, but can't seem to find any good networks.
Should you have any suggestions (aside from IDG), I am even willing to pay for some good infos or if you are part of a network, please PM me to discuss this privately.

Yes, I know this is the CPC forum, but the CPA/CPM forum is mainly CPA stuff nowadays and I think CPM is closer to CPC than it is to CPA.
