still pagerank 2

ahhh!

I've just checked my page rank again for www.lunchboxdiet.co.uk and after doing quite a bit of link building etc it's still PR2, i'm not sure what to do now, it never seems to go up whatever I do!!!

Wow, i just checked my webmaster tools and it says my site is slower than 96% of sites, that could be something to do with it?

any suggesitons?

    Not so soon. The PR will update all togather. PR updates once in a while. There is no specific time. could be after 3 month or even 6 months.

    Slowness will affect on your SERP position.

      i have a lot of wordpress plugins installed but now i don't know which ones are helping and which ones are hindering.

      is there an expert in WF in terms of speed / plugins / wordpress that can get my site running normally? Please PM me if so!

    Dude, your PR might not even be updated until next year. Google caught on to people trying to inflate their PR so I wouldn't really worry about it because I don't think it really is going to effect you in SERPs.

    Oh man, your site IS slow. Your front page is STILL loading. Shouldn't have a video on auto play. Have a bit too much javascript in there, should compress it.

      PR has nothing to do with site speed. Very little to do with SERPs.
      People have taken speed and derived something that's just not there.

      That said, no offense, but the topic/site is just not ripe for any love from
      google.

          Is there some reason you are worried about PageRank?

          I did a google search for "lunch box diet" and your site comes up as number 1.

          Your pagerank is not going to translate into any better conversions since most visitors have no clue what that little partially green bar is in their google toolbar (if they have one).

          My main website index page was once a PR6, it dropped to a PR5 about 2 years ago...I could care less. My rankings for the keywords I need to be ranked for have never suffered a bit.

    Patience... I been at PR0 for 6 months all the time almost daily building backlinks...

    I don't know about you but perhaps PR is going out the door or very close...
