What to change in title tag wordpress blog?

Dear warrior,
Last I was checking my rank status and found that my site doesn't have the keyword in the title really stupid of me.So I reached the internet and found that I needed to change the title tag in the header of the theme but I don't know what to change, because I don't want to broke my theme.
I marked it red on the pictures so that you can see what I mean.
I think I need to change something here but not sure how or what to put in:
<title><?php bloginfo('name'); ?> <?php if ( is_single() ) { ?> » Blog Archive <?php } ?> <?php wp_title(); ?></title>
