hey guys i wanna low my CTR because i cannot get any traffic.. so i just want to buy junk traffic that is adsense safe can you share me a good seller of traffic in here.. because i really need to make my CTR down.. thanks guys

my CTR is about 3 % my traffic is around 200 visitors and bounce rate is 70%

what you people recommend me??????

@chuck : your CTR is okay mine is 10% thats why i need to buy junk traffic..
