Hey there!
Im thinking of buying links from someone on the forum .Most of the links are from chinese sites PR 4 and above. Do you think it will help my site?

One of the sites he offers a backlink from is

    It will help a little, but not much. Instead buy 2-3 backlinks from quality websites, it would help more.

    I think it will help you but do go for Chinese sites only try to create in other countries high PR sites too.
