Keyword In URL Question

I know having the keyword in the URL is beneficial to rank but does it matter if it is before the domain the extension?

Example:
mykeyword.com ranking for mykeyword
and
mysite.com/mykeyword

And this:

mykeyword.com/mykeyword

Is one way stronger than the next? Are they all equal? Really curious about this.

The keyword in domain has a very slight advantage over the keyword folder or as part of the file name itself according to my experience. keyword in folder or as file name is still the best choice if you have no other option.

But, as I said, very small advantage that can be compensated by another ranking factor such as backlinking or even Domain age.

bots would likely ignore mykeyword.com/mykeyword else everyone in top 10 would be doing it. I bias towards being penalized slightly on that one, but exponentially penalized the more extra folders with keywords you add... Makes sense?

I heard one "guru" say keyword.com/keyword was the secret and the way to go since he had so many sites ranked like that. I always see mykeyword.com as top 3 with mysite.com/mykeyword between 4-10. If mysite.com/mykeyword is top 3 is has a lot of backlinks. Mmk, so mykeyword.com reigns supreme yet again.

Hi friend, I am impress with your question.
According to me 2 url mysitekeyword/mykeyword have more weight, Because in this url, we can target keyword 2 times. Yeah we can increase keyword quantity.
