Hello,

Some blogs don't allow HTML code inside the comments and they only allow Name and Email (no websites). How do you guys post your links to these ? Or even how to find out if HTML is allowed or not so my posts don't look something like:

Great post, especially the part about ......... bla bla <a href="http://www.mysite.com">mykeyword</a>

It is a bit embrassing when it displays like that

Much better to use forum or build up a list of blogs that once you have built up a reputation with them will allow you to post links.

Then you're missing the entire value of what a blog comment can do for you and your site (regardless of URL or not).

    Hi @Frake,

If you want to save a little time looking for blogs to post comments with links back to your site, try looking up "do follow blog list" in Google. There are a bunch of people that have organized big lists of do-follow blogs that allow you to post comments with links back to your site. Here's one list here: High PR Dofollow Blogs List Including .EDU Sites | DoFollow Blog Directory & Compendium

Also, you can try out Comment Kahuna software: Free Link Building Software | Comment Kahuna... It's free and partially automates some comment link building.

Thanks for the replies guys, the thing is: I am trying to make my own list since most of the publicly used auto-approve blogs are being constantly spammed.

Found several good blogs which I can actually write something informative and put a backlink to my site but they don't have "website" in the forum. Just name, email, captcha and comment.

Is the link juice you get from an auto approve blog usually weaker than from a blog where the comment needs to be approved first?

Hi...I think you should try on another blog rather than wasting your time because what you are doing might not be allowed due some rules of that site...so keep your hopes on and use another blog.....

Well I would first advise you not to use blog commenting as a primary mode of building links for your website as most of the links you get from blogs are nofollow. However, you can definitely you can use it to build relationship with other bloggers and websites in your niche and can benefit from this lucrative relationship/community in future. But, there is also an answer to your problem, try searching for dofollow blogs as mentioned - "keyword" +dofollow -"comments are closed". Hope this helps.

Look for blogs that allow name/URL box. Name is the place where you can type in your keyword and url is place where you can type in your website address.

Hi, I have a question ( my apologies, I dont know how to post a new thread)
I plan to outsource blog commenting. As you all know, when we do comment, it has to be approved by the site owner. If I outsource someone to comment on different blogs, how will I check on her that she is doing her work? How do I pay her? per hour? per project? per number of blog posted? I would appreciate your ideas.
