RSS feeds from Profile links

n00b question for sure....
When submitting single or bundled profile page URLs for submission to the RSS aggregators/directories I'm having some trouble deciding what to name the feed.
On icerocket, for example, should it be:
Channel Name: <keyword>
Channel description: <keyword> tips and tools
Or to not get called out as spam should it be less obvious:
Channel name: Admin Pages
Channel description: An easy way to keep track of friend's activity.
???
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
