I Need Some Advice On Building Backlinks To Wannabe Authority Site

Here is my situation:
I created a website with 70 pages of unique, high-quality content - the words on each page rank from 800 words up to 1,800. I used LSI keywords to the best of my ability. In other words, I believe onsite SEO is good.
Right now, I have basically 0 backlinks. I am ready to begin back-linking. I am in a reasonably competitive niche (small business resources - i.e. small business loans, email marketing, etc), but every page is written around a keyword.
So how do I begin backlinking? Do I focus on a handful of pages for backlinking understanding that I can't do full backlinking on 70 pages immediately? Or do I backlink just to my homepage which is basically quick summary of the website and its categories? Or is there a better way to backlink a site of 70 pages?
