Backlinking with Proxies?!

I'm still kind of a newbie when it comes to effective ways to backlink and get your backlinks indexed. Throughout the last 2 weeks I asked questions on the forum regarding backlink indexing and other questions about backlinking in general.
One aspect that I have no clue about is Backlinking with Proxies. I tend to use free based VPN softwares which switch your IP address but there are not alot of IP address to switch to. I've also used free proxy lists and manual done forum backlinking but I grew very tired of that process of switching one proxy to the next, manually. I've also have been caught up being blocked by the proxies when trying to post a comment on blog posts. Something like "Co-Deen" blocks me from doing it which I have no clue what that it is.
Would you guys help me out on how to backlink effectively and quickly using proxies and if possible a free way?
