Website I promote is Hacked

My dear friend Lorenzo is panicking over his website that has just been hacked. the url is xxx.aseanface.com.
the home page, mail, events, shows this nasty thing on it.
Is there anyone who can tell me what we should do to get this up and running again and to protect Lorenzo's website?
we cannot access the webadmin too. Apparently, Lorenzo was still able to log in after it was hacked but now we just cannot log in into the webadmin.

Lorenzo have already sent email to the company where he bought platform or whatever you called but sometimes the response is very slow.

Any suggestions, please???

this is indeed a problematic situation. i suggest, you directly contact the provider to cancel the site. or better yet, ask them if they can open the site for you. although it is a little bit difficult, just show them that you are the creator of the site. then,make sure you have the protection for the site.

  If you have a decent hosting company they will do a daily backup and should be able restore the prehacked site. I would call them on the phone and ask if they can do a restore.

  I would think the first thing that should be done is contact the hosting company and change the passwords to the site. The hosting company might have a backup of the site.
