AdWords ad denied need help

I have a client that came to me because his AdWords ad keeps getting denied. I looked at the ad, but I'm not sure why it keeps getting denied. The ad is this:
LPO Yes Or No?
Quickly and easily find out if
LPO will drive value for your org

I was wondering if it was because it said it will "drive value," because other similar ads don't say this.

It might be the landing page (which I just tried posting), but since this is my first post I can't post them, but one of the pages the ad links to form that users add their name and email address to. I know Google doesn't allow the links to link to pages with information harvesting without any clear reason, but the website says that add the information is to get details on a meeting to discuss LPO.

Can someone please help me with this? Thank you very much.

Click the icon next to an ad to see why it was disapproved.

Many possible reasons, but one common one is using landing pages for different domains in the same ad group.

Thanks a lot, I'll ask him to do this. I'm good at writing AdWords ads (which is why he hired me), but since I never had any of my own AdWords ads denied, I didn't know how to check this problem.

Then shouldn't he be asking someone else?

There are general reasons for ad denial and one must read the
        all guidelines. And follow them.

How can you be "good" at writing adwords ads without being familiar
with the rules? Oh snap! Guess this answers that question.

Yes, check what the reason is. Can't help you without more. It's not usually the ad but a landing page issue. However, what's LPO? Maybe it's also a trademarked name.
