What would you do with this domain?

I have a nice portfolio of domains, but most are just sitting there.

Now it comes the renovation of a couple and looking at one I found that it actually has 22K searches a month for the exact keyword and it seems like a domain with many possibilities.

the domain is:

learnsurf.com

Yesterday put up a fast website and some videos.

Some articles, maybe CJ products...

there are a couple of products in CB, but didn´t really call me.

Adsense seems like a waste of space for this.

Any ideas to make it cool? (time effective)

      post some products related to niche . adsense may be good choice if you cant find any proper product for this niche

    Make sure you fill out the SEO pack and submitt your site to the search engines.
    Also submitt the sitemap in your website.
    Also start writing articles to post to article directories !

    You could list it on sedo and wait for a buyer. Also you could sell some cb products or even physical products.
