Trademark Disapproval, now what!

So being a complete noob at ppc and without reading terms and conditions, I wanted to utilize the free $100 adwords coupon from hostgator. I set it all up, and wanted to try some cpa with ppc, so I picked out a ipad 2 giveaway one since the ipad 2 is coming up and its something thats talked about. I set it up, buy a cheap .info domain and create my first ad, and to my dismay I realize that google dosnt like this and now I have a domain that is useless. My question is, is it possible to advertise an item such as an ipad or does it have to be general and not use terms like "apple" and "ipad".

    Terms like apple, mac, ipad etc are trademarked and you cannot use these keywords to trigger your ads on the Adwords platform. For such keywords, your ads will not show at all as they will be suppressed.

    You are better off targeting such terms through organic search. There may be other advertising platforms which may not have strict trademark rules like Adwords.
