I am new to IM and have been trying to build my blog for a couple of months now. I am on the top of page 3 now and I know I need to get to page one. My main keyword has about 5,000 searches a month. (very specific niche) With about 835 results (all in quotes). I have been attempting to leave links everywhere I can, but am not sure what else to do. Questions:
1. Any suggestions on how to rank? (I have attempted to do on-site seo already and am focusing of off site.)
2. Should it be difficult to rank with these searches/results?
3. How much would someone charge to rank a site for the main keyword?I probably can't afford this option, but I am curious.
