When it comes to unique content for your website, would you say its important to have lots of unique text on your index page?
I have 20 unique articles for my site. Of course I will link them all from my index page - in googles eyes would you say its important to have a beefy, content rich index page?
I ask because I like using my index page as a kind of welcome page, rather then filling it with articles & content. Would you say having all that unique content on sub-pages still "counts" to google or would you say its really important that you index is filled with it?
