Did you find all the keywords related to outsourcing using a keyword tool like Adwords keyword tool or a paid solution like Market Samurai?

It is important to get the keyword research spot on to have success in future. This is the most important phase of the entire site build.

The keyword research will give you (if you use outsourcing as your seed keyword for example) the different keywords with the respective search counts per month on a local and global basis. You can also get an idea of your competition.

YOu will get a great idea of what the particular nich demand is and all you have to do is supply it with well optimised pages that represent the different categories of keywords.

You would be well off picking keyword phrases that have high search volume with reasonable or less competition - this depends on your niche. Again the intent of the keywords depends on what you are aiming for - to provide good information or trying to sell products in that niche.

So i am taking all possible keywords related to outsourcing and targeting for my site.
This sounds more like a random thing and is bound to fail, sorry.

What criteria do those keywords have? Do you know the search volume, and possible also how many competing sites there are? You cant simply brain-storm random keywords...rather use keyword research and software and let it give the keywords to you.

When it comes to selecting keywords to optimize your site for, search volume is only part of the picture.

Volume means nothing if those visitors do not convert for you. For best results you should select keywords that not only have decent volume, but that also convert well for you.

To determine that I suggest using PPC (to drive traffic from a variety of keyword terms),
combined with analytics to track conversions.
