Is it better to use fiverr for seo gigs instead of using an seo company

If someone had 1000 dollars to use for their website.

if they wanted to get their webssite ranked for the first page on google.

would it be better to invest your 1000 dolllars on an seo company so they can help you get your website to first page of google

or spend the 1000 dollars on 5 dollar fiverr seo gigs?

    I just spent $500 dollars with a local seo company in miami and I'm starting to wonder if I am better off using fiverr. When you use an seo company I think think you are paying a premium to cover all the expenses of running their business.
    For example when your toilet clogs and you call roto-rooter you are paying for all of their advertising costs. You are better off calling mikes plumbing service who only doesn't have to charge a big price to make a profit.

    Try using fiverr you might get someone who will do it right and not charge alot.

    Yeah fiverr is the only place I'll buy backlinks or seo services. Once I find a good seo gig on fiverr, I contact them and set a monthly plan. Saves me so much compaired to seo companies.

    Got to Las Vegas, put your entire backroll on one roll of the dice, and pray it works out for you. Or is it blackjack ... I can never remember.

    Of course, if you want to change the odds to more in your favor, you might provide a bit more information about your abilities, competitiveness of your niche, etc., etc., etc.

    My guess is if you have to ask, you are better off with an SEO company to advise you.

      Use Fiverr or Warrior For Hire to find people and hire them directly after that. Much cheaper and you can build your own team.

          I think it's important to understand SEO and linkbuilding at least to some degree yourself before outsourcing it.

          If you don't feel like learning then it's always possible to go with an SEO company.

          But...

          If you know SEO and you have a good solid plan for ranking your site you have the choice to pick and choose which links you want and you can order those from fiverr or work on them yourself...

          It's always good to have a plan if you're outsourcing, you should be the mastermind and the outsourcers just do the work...

          In the end, if you go with fiverr you should be the one in charge of your SEO strategy...

    Be careful with fiverr. You want your backlinks to be relevant. Google will sandbox you if the backlinks are untargeted sometimes.

    I just tried several providers on Fiverrr and most were crap. I guess you have to weed out the crap and find some one good but for $5 what are you going to get? Who wants to work for $5???

    I have 2 backlink providers that produce results but are not cheap.

    Marksv advice is excellent...find out how you can get your site ranked on the first page and then come up with a plan to do so...no reason to just start spending money on services.

    I would recommend using an SEO company. Even if you were to do this yourself, and had a team of people you outsourced to, you still wouldn't get the results you could with a PROFESSIONAL, SEO company.
