How To Set Up Gmail Adwords?

Hi All,
I am fairly familiar with Adwords before I got slapped. I never had a chance to setup ads inside of Gmail though.
Anyone tell me how to do that?
I am setting up text display ads right now and I dont see an option for Gmail.
Any advice and maybe a quick 10 step or something is much appreciated.
