I had several sites deindexed today and I have several that are still indexed. I cannot find any one factor that the deindexed sites have in common. Does anyone know how I can find out why they were deindexed?
I heard you could use webmaster tools, but I have looked and all I can see noted was that there was a problem on 03/09. I want to submit them for reinclusion, but I want to make sure that I fix the problem first.

Dont do anything hasty, Certainly do not panic on your first day. Leave it 3 or 4 days and if they are still not back , then start to look into it. If you jump on the band wagon too early you could cause your self real problems to solve a fake problem

Checkout your meta tags and robots.txt file if someone has "messed" up with them by manually "de-indexing" your website.
