My website [forextradingevo dot com] is two year old but send into Google Sandbox since last few months.
We were ranked in some of high competition keywords (Forex=54 and ForexTrading =17 etc.) and now we are not exists in top 1000 SERP. Only inner page is showing in Google Search. Homepage not showing in Search result.

I made different changes in my website.
1) Make my all content unique.
2) Add daily 5 pages with unique content.
3) Increase Yslow & Page speed point upto 90.
4) Make my website simple.

I want to know why still my website is in sandbox or facing penalty. Is my website have other Penalty ?
I have done 95% SEO work to homepage. Is all my SEO work on homepage go wasted? I lost all my ranking of homepage and also decrease my PR to PR3 from PR4.
I am very tense and not find any way to come out from this.

Your advices and suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You should have also build links to the inner pages.

    Try typing in google site:yoursite.com

If you homepage still shows up then you are not sandboxed. Your site is just experiencing google dance.

i can see my home page just typing the site command.
Now what should i do. What is your advice? There are people out there who are saying, it is google penalty and it will take about 6 months to come up again in search. Is this really a penalty?

Jump in webmaster tools and see if there are a lot of "not found" or "unreachable" crawl errors. Maybe you made a change somehow that did this.

Its unlikely but worth a look as I've known someone who accidently renamed a folder which messed a lot up for several days. lol

        good luck!

What exactly have you done to make your website "simple"? Did you change your URL structure?

You are not in the sandbox and you don't have a penalty, I just checked. I'm 99.9% sure it's from what you've done onpage. Google has recrawled your site, noticed that lots of changes took place and now it's re-evaluating where you should rank. Don't freak out, it's a google dance.

You mean 95% of "SEO work" = the onpage changes you listed in your OP? Just confirms what I said: Google dance because of onpage changes.

Just be patient and keep building links and in a few weeks/months your site should come up again.

Looks like you are trying to force keywords in your meta tags, thats a red flag to me. Your meta descr isnt even a description, its keyword phrases - forex this, forex that, forex something else, forex whatever....yeah, thats stuffing.

If I do a 'site:' query, the first 6 of 10 results have the same metas. This is not unique. If I do a '-forum site:' query, the first 9 of 10 results have the same metas.

Moving past metas.... The top ten ranking sites for 'forex trading' have a page rank of 5 (yours is a 3). The average top ten site has roughly 20,000 +/- backlinks to ranking page and about 75,000 +/- links to domain. You have roughly 900 +/- backlinks to your domain. This is not the end-all, but a indication of how strong your competition is.

Looks like you have a lot of on page seo clean up to perform in addition to implementing a signigicant link campaign to rank with the big boys.

Take a look at your analytics and take advantage of what the engines are giving you. Improve your position on what youre already ranking for. Then, go after the difficult stuff.

    Best of Luck.
