Hey,

Is it against TOS to using Adwords on keywords like "[company name]" for example:
Go Daddy
Clickbank

or

Clickbank.com
Goadddy.com

Is it against TOS or any company will sued me?

Please answer only if you are sure.

Google will not ban you for this offense. Your ads will simply stop showing. If you repeat the offense over and over however, then they might ban you.

Note that you can bid on any keyword, even trademarked ones. You can even have that trademark in your ad unless the trademark owner told Google advertisers cannot do this. There are however a couple of ways to get around this, for now.

Can the trademark owner sue? I suppose they could. You'd probably get a cease letter from them first. I have a client with a couple of those even though he's a retailer for those brands. A couple other brands are giving him permission which were passed along to Google.

      Thanks for reply.

I think they won't sued me, because I will promoting their products. I won't insult or redirect to competition from [company name] keywords.

What you mean that you said here are the couple of ways to get around this ?
