adsense account, if I want to flip a site

Hi, if I want to flip a site and one of the selling point is the google adsense earning, currently I'm using my adsense account. When it's sold, whose adsense account should I put in this website? Mine? Should I sell my adsense also, or the buyer's adsense account? What if they don't have it?

    if adsense is a selling point then you are selling the adsense income more so than the site, because without it the site wouldnt be worth guarenteed income.

    I would say that you could help them out and put their publisher code in for them.. just to be nice

    but they are really only going to care about you giving them the site and knowing that you will no longer have access to it. explain to them that they have to get an Adsense account if they don't already have one and that how to make sure their publisher code is put in correctly to start earning income,

    LOL you can not sell your adsense account, it is on your name and address. All you have to do is to put his (buyer's) adsense account's code on the website, if he insist you to do so, else he can do it himself.
