Hey, i was thinking maybe i can copy some info from wikipedia and add to my page and in the end i would link to that wiki's page. the text would be about history.

would it harm my site?

    No, I would just not expect it to rank.

    It would take more effort but you would be better served if you took the wiki info and wrote your own, unique article.

      im not trying to rank with it...im just doing a huge site. i want lot of info in my site, history, videos and stuff...
      i have 100 % unique articles written for what i want to rank.
      so this dont harm me like duplicate content?
