You should really check out the warriors for hire section here, it's a fantastic place to find SEOers.

Just in case you weren't aware, Hamed: that (if available at all) would be very expensive. At least 99% of backlinks sold as "PR-5 site backlinks" are actually just backlinks on sites whose home page has a page rank of 5.

Many sellers of such links use this expression "PR-5 site backlinks" to fool people who don't quite appreciate that there's actually no such thing as a "PR-5 site" at all because sites don't "have page rank". Pages have page rank.

It's easy and cheap to buy PR-0-page backlinks on sites whose home page has a PR-5. And that's exactly what you'll get if you buy 250 "PR-5 site backlinks". They're typically no better than an article directory backlink, though (and that's saying something). Be careful what you buy.

Such a good point Alexa, to see what Alexa means install SEO quake or any other SEO plugin in your firefox browser, and when on a PR5 home page look where you link will actually go, see if that has PR5. Very seldom do those pages have any PR near to what the home page has.

This Lesson was learned the hardway for me so dont be sucked in and not get what you think you are getting.

If you are looking for links on actual PR5 pages, then you can buy/rent them through sites like linkvana and text-link-ads. Alexa is right though, that it will be very expensive (250 pr5 links will set you back $1000s a month)

Yes for the money you spend on links you would want to make sure you earned more back of course. Getting PR passed down from other pages with high PR doesn't guarantee top place in a SERP for a certain keyword. Theres more factors that come into it like age of domain, backlink relevance and age of backlinks, class, country, content, on-page SEO etc.

Not trying to say you shouldn't outsource though. That's the key to working smarter not harder. If anything I would rather spend my money on press releases and Web 2.0 SEO and article marketing. I'd imagine you'd get much better results. JMO.
