I have several websites that I need help with...

many of these sites have pages that are either on page 1 (positions 7,8,9,10) or on page 2 (positions 11,12,13,14,15) almost on page one..

Some of these site pages I have built 1000 or more backlinks to....

I have yet to make a steady income off these things because of their positions (almost there but not quit)

I need all of these pages to be within the first 5 positions of google...

What should I do...who can I hire to get these up to those positions...so I can work on more sites and pages????

Any ideas???

    What you need is backlinks

Find someone in here that provides them:

Go to opensiteexplorer.org That will show your domain authority. It's not about how many, but how many in contrast with how quality your links are.

I put your portable generator site in ose and it shows you have a god awful authority for your domain. Now that you have some bulk back links, try ordering 50 high pr LOW OUTBOUND LINK blog commenting for your homepage or try swinging a deal for a high pr homepage backlink in a related niche.

The blog commenting will give you a boost and I guarantee you the relative homepage link is worth over double all of those crappy links you have on there now.

Honestly, it may not be about more backlinks... maybe his on page isn't up to par. Depends on competition, on page optimization and off page optimization. The thousand links you have, might not be enough, or maybe they aren't quality.

You could have pages ranked above you that only have 50 back links.... but then you need to wonder, out of those 50 backlinks, how many backlinks are pointed to those!?

I would offer to help, but many people on here are cheaper than me. Search around.

Have been looking for a good backlinking service for a while myself. Even for forum profiles it seems so hard to find. One of my competitors has about 150 backlinks, all of them are forum profiles from the same type of forums with the same anchor text without exception. Whenever I try to order this I ALWAYS get a ton of links that either not work, don't show anchor text, show the wrong anchor text, just show URL,...it's just a mess

I want NICE, CLEAN, UNIFORM forum profiles. How and where do I get them???

If you already have a list of forum profiles from your competition, hire someone from a site like odesk or similar.

Send them the list & tell them to copy the profiles with your own anchor-text/keywords.

That's not really the point, I don't want to be limited to just these profiles. I want someone who can give me a similar services scaled up to xxxx profiles...
It can be blog comments just as well.

People on here are way too soft with their comments for reviews copies. I always try to go for guys with decent reviews, yet always end up being disappointed. Some of the crap that I've bought got "amazing", "great service" reviews, just so the posters could potentially benefit more in the future. Kind of selfish...

I think you should be a bit more humble, because I disagree. I see a few common mistakes on the sites in your sig. There are a few things on each of those sites that you could do to make it better. Your read more links don't offer anything, good, add anchor text to it for a relevant keyword. The keywords you're targeting don't have proper density.

I would agree. Your sites are clean, but I don't see h1, h2 tags and in many cases, your keyword density is low. Try the plugin Seopressor, which makes SEO EASY!
Hope you're not offended, just trying to help. I don't think I saw tags either.

Thanks...but that EXACTLY what I use.....SEOPRESSOR....ALL my sites have the SEO-Pressor.

From all the studies I've done....your keyword density needs to between 2% and 3%....

Some of my pages have less then 3% KW density because...quit frankly....they were starting to read un-natural because my KW phrases were starting to sound TOO Redundant...basically like an ANNOYING used car commerical....

I have H1,H2 and H3 tags with all my pages.... ya have to hunt...but they are there...
No not offended....just making sure you guys no where I coming from....

I'm sure we all read diffenent material that say DIFFERENT things...

        Oh cheezus, no.

Just a quick glance...you make the mistake to have your posts appear on the front page AS WELL as on the actual post page. Duplicate content right there.

If anything, on the front page you should show excerpts but not a duplicate of an article you have under another URL.

On your posts/reviews itself...you have three H1 tags....you have the word "Comments" in H1 tags! Is the word "comments" so important that you need to put it in H1?

And this just by quickly looking...so you still have ways to go for proper on-page seo...

        Here something odd:

        <h1><a href="http://www.onecupcoffeemakersreview.com/keurig-b60/" rel="bookmark"><h1>Keurig B60 Review</h1></a></h1>
        Some nested h1 tag???

I am trying SEOlace for some backlink work, we'll see if they are any good, if so I'll make a post.

I would disagree on your comments about on page SEO being spot on. Check out Website Analysis & Internet Marketing | WooRank. You'll see you have 8 H1 tags, one is what you need for the most important tag on the page. You don't have alt tags on most of the images, your description contains this string: CLICK HERE to learn how to find a portable gas generator that will fit your needs, that is not helpful. Get something more useful here. And your Click Here for generator pricing should use the anchor text for the product, not click here. Click here is on the web maybe 1.5 billion times.

Go to a static home page and optimize that and then have the product review pages. Add a blog for timely info and you'll be better off.

At your stage I would try a heavy dose of edu/gov links.

I think you could easily get to page one by adding more content and you really need to change your category from uncategorized to portable gas generator reviews.

Another thing I do is start a lot of my posts with Portable Gas Generator Reviews Briggs and Stratton etc. I have several blogs on page one (one is now number 3) and I also link all of my posts to my home page at the bottom which I believe helps with seo as well.

Something like Go back to read more portable gas generator reviews (hyperlink to your homepage)

You could be on page one within a day or so if you try that... I can't guarantee that but it works for me.

Oh and I wanted to add that I think your site looks really good but you really just need to add at least 4-5 more reviews to it. I really like the layout, gives me some ideas on how to change mine up to look a little more appealing which reminds me, are you using your keyword for the alternate text in your images. Just asking or reminding....

Hi this is very interesting, as I'm also experiencing the same thing, sites hovering around Page 1 - position #8,9,10

And I feel somehow this is something to do with my ON page SEO.

I am looking at SEOPressor, but I feel that I can do most of the work myself without the plugin, but I could be wrong any suggestions here?

Also anyone can recommend a post in the forum here on on page SEO?

    Thanks!

        Thanks Derh,

I am contemplating getting SEO pressor now, hmm but its at $7 + 97$, If it was cheaper id probably get it! As for now im trying to keep cost at the minimum.

How many niche sites do you have now? I have 6 niche sites I'm trying to rank for at the moment, but only 4 which is fully completed( now I only need to rank them!)
