I am looking for the forums views......

Does anyone use Comment Kahuna.

Thanks.

I agree. And most websites now use CAPTCHA to determine if the submission is done by a computer or a human. If all websites will be using this even on social networking sites, I think automatic submission will be useless, unless they can find a way for computers to enter the CAPTCHA characters.

Actually I pay $2 per thousand and get about a 90% success rate for captcha breaking. I build the service right into my bots and it works like a charm. All captcha does is annoy live users it does not even come close to stopping the bots.

Not the best option for building links. You are spamming a lot of blogs and will be banned by Akismet within a day or two. This will only hurt your site.

There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with Comment Kahuna. It doesn't force you to leave spammy comments on spammy sites. The comments you choose to leave are entirely yours.

Comment Kahuna is simply a tool that makes it easier to find good sites to leave your comment on.

      This.

While the advice other people are giving isn't "bad" per se, I suspect they've never used the CK software. You can use it to easily find and comment on blogs, and you can do the commenting manually. Read the posts, and comment intelligently, and you won't have a problem.

Using software for your link building is good if it is done properly. But if you want to have better results, building links manually would be the best thing to do.

I would recommend Scrapebox for finding blogs if you are serious about blog commentings for backlinks. Scrapebox allows you to do some serious searching and perfecting your "method". For example, I don't only want to leave good valuable comments on high PR blogs. I like to sort my list by highly visited, relevant blogs, with some nice PR

      Are you guys for real???

Have any of you personally tested this believe that somehow manual links are superior?

Let me guess you all have one website and no job, so you have all day to sit around and manually create links all day.

      A few questions.

Do you think Google can spy on your computer and see how you create your links?

Do you think Google can read your email so it knows that you hired some guy from odesk to create your links for you?

Do you really think that Google can look at the hundreds of web 2.0 properties I created this week and tell they were made by one of my bots?

Do you REALLY think that Google can look at a link and tell how it was created? Seriously?

If you believe the answer to any of those questions is yes I have some nice swampland in Louisiana to sell you.......

Seriously guys Google has no way of knowing how a link was created.

If you believe otherwise you are just limiting yourself.

Meanwhile I will fire up a few of my bots and go sit out by the pool for awhile and watch the pretty girls.......You guys keep typing away.....

Interesting post since your last post 5 mins ago was asking what a backlink was and now 5 mins later you are an expert.

If you are gong to spam the forum to place your links at least give some useful info or be a bit more creative.

2 years ago I used that and it there were bugs, especially with comment box compatibility

I recommend you do the blog commenting manually

I agree 100% about manual link building. But as some others have posted, you can use Comment Kahuna to find relevant blogs/posts and enter your quality, relevant responses manually. I have used it this way before.

I also agree that it has some bugs - especially, it seems, on Windows 7. But worth a try.

Just don't do the autoresponse crap. Doesn't work in the long run!

Depends on the value and number of comments on that blog post that will require manual comments for better results. That's what I think Dem folks are trying to say..

If you are going to let a bot blindly comment spam for you then those links are graded as votes (if they don't get ping from spam filters or get accepted) not recommended votes via quality controlled techniques.

I don't agree that all link building should be manual, I do link building manually where it is need like blog comments, forum postings, responding to link exchange mails, social media but I use softwares from bookmarking and link exchange mails. Similarly for article submissions I manually write articles and submit them into high profile article directories and in all low level directories I spin a unique article and submit them into such directories.

Other forms of link building include directory submissions, blog commenting, forum participation, setting up various profile pages, social bookmarking, press release submissions and the likes. Entire courses are being taught and books have been written about the art of building links.

    Thanks,
