I had seen autoblogs in the past (some of my articles are fed into them), but didn't know what they were or how they operated. I find the idea of content syndication fascinating. So, my farm site linked below is my baby and I have no desire or intention of loading it with anything but my own articles. So far so good.

I do have another niche site that I made a week or so ago that's ranking decently for having no backlinks (yet). It's got very little content, and I'm not super passionate about the topic - it was just a good keyword find with little competition and a decent CPC. So...

What's the deal with autoblogging? I'm understanding that per general rule of thumb, it's not okay to put ads on pages containing snippets of syndicated content. Is the additional (albeit duplicate) content good for SEO - will it increase my traffic - or am I better of having a handful of original articles that will hopefully be SEO solid enough to draw the traffic? In the first week, I had two little clicks on my ads, which is a start, I suppose.

Anyway, is autoblogging good for a site AND does it increase my risk of losing my Adsense account? I don't want to jeopardize that for anything.

With auto blogging you should get ABS software which is sold on this forum or get a plugin that pulls rss feeds to your site. You will need a synonimizer plugin or content blender that will make the syndicated content unique to Google but wont read like crap to humans. Theres a few sold on this forum as well. Then you can use chitika ads instead of adsense up until you are making enough daily income that you can stop using the auto content and start out sourcing for original articles to be written. Once you have the auto content off the front page and are adding real articles change out Chitika to Adsense as Adsense will pay better.

Theres a little more to it but this gives you a map to get started and earning.
