how i will know that i am in google sandbox?

Hy, I just made a new mini site to promote and i have already got 232 link( from yahoo site explore) within 12 days.
  • Will it really hurt me or google will think me spam? I am totally newbie in seo so please help me.
  • I just heard some think like google sand box. whats is that and how i will know that i am in it?
  • How many backlink should i build every day to be natural in google's eyes.

    Hi,

    1.) The amount of links you built, especially in that 12 day timeframe, is very very low. Nothing for you to worry about. Since your site is new however, you should keep up with building links at that pace.

    2.) The sandbox actually used to exist in the past, but it doesn't anymore. Your site can have penalties of course, but that has nothing to do with the sandbox.

    3.) Nobody is going to give you "the best" number of links you should build per day. If you see numbers, it doesn't necessarily mean it's the "best" strategy to follow. Just keep up with what you've been doing already and you'll be fine. However, if your keyword is at least a bit competitive, the amount of links you're currently building might not be enough to see great results in a short time.

    I guess nothing too crazy over there.

    Sandbox is when your site suddenly gets sent to page 1000 or something.
    People say it takes months for your site to get out from the sandbox.

    Given your situation, if I were you, I would not be worried at all.

    Welcome to SEO. Thinking in terms of hundreds of backlinks is normal.
