Marketing Tactics for Back Links

I have been working on promoting some affiliate products. I got into two categories which are health and marketing.

I got into "weight loss" and "acne" for the health category.

I am looking for ways to get permanent back links to my splash pages.

I have been mastering Yahoo Answers and that has been working well for me. I am still looking for a few more strategies so I can get traffic from multiple areas.

I thought about facebook fan pages, but don't know the strategy there. Any suggestions?

Try doing some searches here on the forums. Tons of valuable info, ideas, discourse etc.
