    That's a very broad question and so I will give you a broad answer

    a site based on a niche such as yoga, acne, nursing...

    how?

    find the right keywords, make a site with a good ctr layout, backlink... rinse and repeat until succeeded

    It's easier to make 50 sites that make $1 a day than one site thast makes $50. Better to rely on affiliate links or direct sales than just adsense for income IMO..
