SEO for Wordpress Pagination

Recently we had developed a wordpress website which will be getting posts automatically from RSS feeds.
I had added a pagination plug-in as this site is getting lot of posts daily from RSS feeds.
After adding this pagination plug-in, I had noticed that Google had indexed all the pages with same title and snippets.
Will these duplicate titles affect the SEO?
This site started getting lot of organic traffic from Google. So, I need to be very careful about this. Whether I need to disable this pagination plug-in?
I thought of modifying the plug-in manually so that each page will be having unique title. Before start doing it, I would like to know any simple way is available, or it won't affect SEO.
