I have backlink energizer working on four separate clusters of web 2.0 sites. So far in.. 5 days I have had 1 backlink indexed out of about 40.. Is this normal.. I heard loads of people raving about back link energizer, but at the moment I cannot see why..

Yea, I tried it out for a while, the hassle of setting everything up wasn't worth the index rate, which was just a little higher than normal. I would rather just spend my time to blast more links.

    Here is the real truth.

Only about 2% links are indexed and crawled under normal circumstances, so if you created 10,000 backlinks, you could be having only 100 backlinks but when you ping and energize it, you could be having up to 1,000 - 2,000 links indexed.

So, for 40 links... I wouldn't be expecting much.

But this is mainly for profile and comment backlinks, if you get backlinks from popular social media and web 2.0 site, about 30% of them will show up especially if the links are contextual.

I wouldn't really call it a waste just that these days, hundreds of millions of backlinks are created by many automation tools daily and only a fraction of them are indexed by Google so if you really want to get noticed then you should get bigger. You could buy up 10,000 profile backlinks, 20,000 anchor text backlinks and alot more and trust me, you don't have to spend $200 just to get, they are places you can just get them for a few dollars
