Getting Paid with Amazon

I have made a modest $35.79 this month since beginning my Amazon affiliate career a month and a half ago. I have never made any money online until now and I have elected direct deposit to my checking account. When I decide to receive the payment, how do I do it?

Do I hit a cash out button or does it deposit the money automatically every month?

      You should have already set this up. They pay by check, direct deposit,
      or with a amazon gift card. I do believe their rules changed a while back
      and you get paid something like 2 months later or so to avoid chargebacks
      or returns.

      There is a $10 fee on checks. If you live outside US and a direct deposit
      bank account is not available, they will not charge the $10.

      Payout is only $10 for direct deposit, $100 for checks.

      Log into your account, in the upper right corner there is a link that
      says "account settings". You can then choose you payment information.

    It's 3:30am here so maybe I'm just in a cranky mood but here goes....

    This is why so many people fail in IM. You started promoting Amazon a month and a half ago and you still do not understand how the payout works?

    Folks, for the love of Pete, please read TOS, FAQs, etc and UNDERSTAND what you are undertaking before actually undertaking something.

    How can you expect to succeed with something when you don't even know how it works and have never made an effort to try and understand it?

    If you seleted your bank account as the place the money should be sent to,
    you will probably see it in a few days,
    if not they might give you a gift card balance,
    also it could be that the person who bought your book has not paid amazon ye
