Hi all,

Just wanted your feedback.

Should I swap my current search for adsense search at http://www.healthyhappieryou.co.uk/ ?

I would be interesting in your views!

  • I guess it depends what you want. There is a good chance people will leave your site if they use the adsense search, but it will make you money. So you have to decide what the aim of your site is? To make money through adsense, or something else.

Adsense search is very low level. You are asking someone to click twice.
Once when searching, then once after searching. You can customize
the search. It can even search your site. But it's tricky to set up:

I myself would leave your regular search up, then add a google search
box for the entire web somewhere else on the page.

I have had adsense search on my adsense site for a while now, and I am thinking about getting rid of it. Compared to my regular adsense it makes almost no money, and it does send people away from the site. The only reason I kept it was because I thought Guugl might like me more betterer if it was there.

But I think that is phail logic anyway, so I would recommend against it.
