How to analyze using SEO Quake

Hi
I need some assistance on how to analyze using SEO quake.

What are the important things i'm looking for?

My seo quake isn't showing google links right now..it's only showing
yahoo links..it shows yahoo (L) which i assume is inbound links to page. Then (LD) which is imbound links to all pages on site?

Question - Can i compete against a big site such as amazon or ezine ads if the (L) is very low and the (LD) is enormously high?

Can someone tell me their process of using SEO quake when deciding if the competition is low enough so they could compete with a keyword.

At first, please tell me what kind of seoquake do you use? For Chrome or Firefox?

Go to your seo quake settings and allow which functions you wanna see. Your problem will be solved.
