Search Engine Ranking Variation.

Hi Warriors.
Not being too hot on internet matters, I really need your help.
I have 5 blogs at the moment, but I have no real idea of where they are in the major search engines.
eg one of my blogs is "tmj specialist.org" and when I log into Google here in the UK, I am position#1 on page#1, but the result is "cached", so presumably this is not an accurate result.

- If I use "SEO Rank Tracker", it says I am 6th in Google (which I assume is Google.com) and 26th on Google.co.uk.
- If I use the rank tracker option on Firefox, I get 4th in Google .com, and 1st in Google.co.uk.
