    In my opinion if GA banned at least they ban the site only , not the GA account.
    Because it easily someone else put my adsense code on their site... Not on my site.

    don't use adsense?

    Read the TOS and then all you can do is be ethical. Being banned is usually for known reasons, but even the innocent sometimes get caught in the Google net.

    Daily check the adsense earning, report any suspicious growth (i.e. CTR rate increase suddely), you have to show them these are not your clicks BEFORE you got banned.

    -don't publish illegal content
    -don't participate to ppc programs
    stick to adsense rules, thats all.
