Question about banned account

Long story short, I just finish setting up a campaign yesterday and Google sent me the deadly email today that may account has been "permanently suspended", my question here is:

I have several adwords accounts, if they banned this account do they ban the rest of the accounts with the same credit card number?

I am not trying to get this account back, because I know Google, they dont talk to anybody, but should I start doing a massive migration of all my accounts to Yahoo and Bing or they just ban one account and that it?

Google has make a lot of people mad, I have do set my sites up to be indexed by them, but anymore I lean to Bing and yahoo ,but because of some new sites I am working on, The Absence Ad words issue came up, and it got me to thinking. Google thinks there king! BUT what if everyone started to remove their ads from their sites? I MEAN a lot of sites, I don't know about you guys but it never made much for me, there are better ways for conversions. Think about it They make a lot of their money from ads, If know one shows there ads or bids on words etc, They would not be king for very long. Personally I would LOVE to see that, Them shooting them self's in the foot because of their policies! Now we know that people are not going to all of a sudden stop using them, But it would be nice to see! I don't know about the rest of you but I am getting so I dislike them so much and there ever changing policies, have even started to use other search engines. If more would stop using them they would have to change their policies back or lose market share, Which by the way DID happen with their last change! This is why you keep getting the $100.00 Fee ad words Coupon in the mail. Anyway I just think that if All Webmasters would band together and Shun Google all at once (Which Isn't going to happen) they would be in trouble! If for One have removed all of their listings from my sites, and I am not using ad words, or try to.
Also Note: I have been running some test, and am starting to find I Like Bing better, less competition, an it seems more traffic, I really think Webmasters, etc, are getting sick of Google!
    That's my 2 cents!

I am betting any accounts that are on that credit card, maybe not right away, but when they get around to it.

I find it quite odd that people wish to take others down with them.
Why? For every person that gets banned, there are hundreds making
quite a good amount of money. Why on earth would they stop
      using adwords? Makes no sense.

If certain people would stop using adwords, it would make adwords
better, actually. And google would actually make more money.
They would love it if they had to stop policing and banning so
      many people.

Yeah. Webmasters are getting sick of google. That's why google
swallows competitors daily. That's why most every thing they
touch turns to gold. Yeah. Some of the things people say are
      just crazy.

And people wonder why google is heavy handed. When people
talk about having multiple adwords accounts? Come on...
did you ask permission from google? You have to have a solid
      reason.

Paul, I dont understand your point, what is wrong with having several accounts in google adwords?

Why should I ask permission to them?

When you have several projects what is wrong with having several accounts? I understand google point of view, that is why I am not asking for my account to be returned or asking how to do that, all I am asking is for some experience from people that have had the same experience I have, I am sure I am not the only one.

Because it is part of their terms and as such with G being the the master they can enforce their own rules and policies. In many ways it keeps a fair play ground for all of the children to play nicely with each other, if i had multiple accounts domains i could in effect create my own monopoly of the top 10 ad spots available.

AdWords Account Guidelines In order to preserve the quality and diversity of ads running on Google, individuals advertising for themselves or for their own businesses may only have a single AdWords account unless explicitly advised otherwise by Google.
This means that we don't allow advertisers or affiliates to have any of the following:

          • Ads across multiple accounts for the same or similar businesses
          • Ads across multiple accounts triggered by the same or similar keywords

Only client managers (such as third parties or search engine marketers) who use a My Client Center can have multiple AdWords accounts. All associated accounts must be linked to the manager's MCC account.

I understand their terms of service, nevertheless to me it depends more on you than on them, what I mean by that is I think they can't stop you from open several accounts but it depends more on how you use them.

I had different accounts, because when I start using Adwords I had only my account and some friends ask me to take a look to their accounts and when someone share their accounts you can't see their account with your own email, you need to open another email account in order to see this persons accounts, you are not managing their accounts, they are sharing their data in order to get some feedback from you.

That is how I started other PPC accounts, first just opening them in order to share data and give feedback and after that making tests with them... believe me or not I did not thought about controlling the 1 page for any search, but it is a logical conclusion.

I got banned this week by Google .They said I had to many ads on my landing page. I then recreated the page with no ads and emailed Google to say I had done so. They replied and said that they now wanted me to change my whole site (over 100 pages). My site I think has quality unique pages and I have seen many sites 100 time worse than mine continuing on Google Adwords. Me personly I would love to see Google loose their hold on the ppc market as they treat their customers like dirt.I'm now looking for an alternative where I might get some respect for being a paying customer who just wants to make a living.

In answer to your question, your first port of call is to see if you can open negotiation with Google as to what the problem is, and then see if it can be resolved, and you account suspension lifted.

So first remove the multiple account question as it may or may not be a problem at this stage.

More so what was the suspension for ? a site you listed up ?, was it your site or a link out to an affiliate site ?

If it was your site and you were not peddling anything illegal or taboo from google, then it is or may be possible that your site can be rebuilt and then resubmitted to google for consideration in having the suspension overturned.

If you were promoting the bad bad thing or an affiliate site it would almost be curtains or near on hopeless to get the account back and yes time to look else where.

If you could provide more details or a URL, happy t look at it further for you. pm if you wish

Great questions and thanks for asking, here is a little bit more of story I was trying to promote some FOREX offer (I know, one of the hot areas that Google hates), I was setting up my campaign to start sending traffic to the offer, I set up the tracking codes and I set up my images in the content network, so as long as I know that Google take some time reviewing the images in the content network what I did was just bidding in 3 or 4 terms to set up the campaign and send the campaign for approval.

What is my surprise when I see my account (around 12 hours later, when usually take days) banned saying that I have made violations to their agreement etc... and yes, when I start giving a close review to the landing page there are:

      a) No privacy policy.

      b) No information about what they are going to do with the info.

      c) No other content than the squeeze page.

..... and may be the worst part... I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THOSE THINGS since it is an offer page, a squeeze page ..........

That is why my question started with "Do you think they will banned my other accounts?" because I accept my part of fault.... I did not review all those things and most important I FORGOT THAT FOREX IS A HOT TOPIC FOR GOOGLE.

Once said that Do you think I can still make a case with the big G or I better drop it?

It may be that you can request to be reinstated with google on the grounds you were una wawre that the page was non compliant, but having no control over that page makes very hard if not impossible for you to make changes, and not being up with the rules makes it a little harder. it may be this battle is lost. if your other accounts were to be banned they would be by now I'd guess.

this is where some affiliate managers and merchants peddle the systems with no concern of the person promoting, these types of pages should have a big warning on them that they are not google adwords compliant, but they still let people be slammed by the the big G daily in the quest for a few $

Why your account permanently suspended? Is it because of landing page violation or advertising policy violation? If your account is suspended due to landing page violation & you own your landing page (not direct linking) then it is possible to get your account back by changing your landing pages. Google has reinstated my own account when I changed my landing pages according to Google's policy.
Google support's approch is changed now I recommend you to give atleast one shot. Don't give up without try.

Thanks you very much for your feedback, I bought your guide indeed immediately after I saw my account banned... and I ask for a refund, because unfortunately it could not help me.... because I did not have control over the landing page as you can read.

My experience is that when Google finds a real connection between a suspended account and an open account they will suspend the open account too. Email addresses, credit cards, analytics tracking or any other connection is enough for them. They don't care about advertisers too much in my experience. They are judge and jury, and make arbitrary decisions frequently.

Thanks for your opinion, so I guess it is just a matter of time they find out the relationship between accounts.. but there is no connection between account, just the credit card and (obviously!!!) the IP (even I can change it).... I may start setting up my PPC campaigns in Yahoo and Bing.

I will let you know how it goes, I am going to fight and lets see what happened, so far I have erased the PPC campaign... not quite sure that will help but..... I guess I am too attached with Google lol
